1. Purpose

The South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL), within the framework of its competitions, makes available to fans the official loyalty and gamification platform called CONMEBOL Gaming Hub (hereinafter, the “Platform” or the “Gaming Hub”).

These Legal Terms (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the conditions of access, participation and operation of the Platform, whose purpose is to strengthen the bond between CONMEBOL and its global community of fans, promoting interaction, entertainment and active participation through official digital experiences.

Participation in the Platform implies the full, conscious and voluntary acceptance of these Terms.

2. How the platform works

2.1. Earning points

Registered users may accumulate points exclusively through their participation within the official digital ecosystem of the CONMEBOL Gaming Hub.

Points will be earned only through the dynamics, games and promotional actions enabled on the Platform, including, among others:

• Participation in official interactive games.
• Taking part in trivia, surveys, predictions and votes.
• Completing challenges and special activities communicated by the Platform.
• Any other point-allocation mechanic incorporated by CONMEBOL during the term of the Platform.

Points obtained by external means or outside the official Gaming Hub environment will not be recognized, unless expressly communicated by CONMEBOL.

2.2. Nature of the points

• They have no economic value and do not constitute currency, securities or a financial instrument.
• They may not be transferred, assigned, traded or converted into money.

2.3. Validity of the points

Points will have a validity limited to the operating period of the CONMEBOL Gaming Hub.

For the edition corresponding to the FIFA World Cup 2026, points will be valid from 4 June 2026 to 20 July 2026, unless otherwise communicated by CONMEBOL.

Once that period ends, the points will automatically expire, with no right to economic compensation, in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Official Gaming Hub games

The Platform may include, among others, the following official games:

• Predictor
• Bracket
• Question of the day

Each game will have specific rules regarding its mechanics, point-allocation criteria, ranking and participation conditions.

Participation in each activity implies acceptance of its specific rules. In the event of discrepancy, the particular provisions of the game shall prevail regarding its operation.

4. Prizes and redemption

The prizes made available to users are reserved for the top 5 positions on the leaderboard.

CONMEBOL will contact users for redemption; if no response is obtained, it will move on to the next qualifier successively until the corresponding prizes are delivered.

5. Responsible use and limitations

5.1. Personal nature

The account and its associated points are personal and non-transferable.

5.2. Improper use

CONMEBOL promotes a transparent and respectful participation environment. In the event of conduct contrary to good faith, manipulation of the system, fraudulent use or breach of these Terms, CONMEBOL may adopt proportionate measures, such as:

• Total or partial cancellation of points.
• Cancellation of pending prizes.
• Temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

The user may request a review of the measure through the official channels provided.

5.3. Inappropriate identifiers

CONMEBOL promotes values of respect, inclusion and fair play. Should a user use names, aliases or identifiers that are offensive, discriminatory, contrary to morality and good customs, that infringe third-party rights or that may affect CONMEBOL's institutional image, their modification may be required or the suspension or cancellation of the account may be ordered.

In such cases, accumulated points and pending prizes may be cancelled when the conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.4. Limitation of liability

CONMEBOL will not be liable for the total or partial impossibility of enjoying prizes when this is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, force majeure, third-party decisions or changes to sporting calendars.

6. Modifications

CONMEBOL may modify these Terms for legal, organizational or operational reasons. Any update will be published on the Platform and will take effect upon publication or from the indicated date.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Paraguay.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's country of residence may apply where the corresponding legislation so provides.

Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Asunción, Republic of Paraguay.
